State Privacy Rights

Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and of other US states with comprehensive privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and others) are entitled to disclosures beyond those in our Privacy Policy. This notice provides them.

Sale or Sharing

Personal information is not sold for money by Sensory Play. That said, where advertising is served, ad partners may receive cookie or device identifiers, and under the CCPA/CPRA and similar statutes that may amount to a ‘sale’ or to ‘sharing’ for targeted advertising. Opt out via Do Not Sell or Share My Information. Under-16 data is not knowingly involved.

Applicable Categories

Categories involved: identifiers — IP address, cookie IDs, device identifiers; internet activity — browsing on this site, referrers, timing; and contact details, but only if you volunteered them. These come from your device directly and from analytics or advertising partners where such partners are engaged.

Your Options

You can ask what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, get a copy in portable form, and opt out of any sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Several states additionally grant a right to appeal if we decline. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights — no price difference, no degraded access.

Putting in a Request

Requests go to hello@playmessy.com. If all you want is to opt out, enabling Global Privacy Control in your browser does it without contacting anyone — the signal is honoured automatically. We verify by corresponding with the email address the request came from, and answer inside the statutory window. Agents acting on your behalf need written authorisation.
